My BEAM Walker, First one!

Antennae not hooked up yet, just plugged in for looks.

Batteries: Surplus, two each 3V Lithium. Yellow/Green wires, go to the batteries.

Covers about 1 foot per 6 seconds, or so...

Front motor, CD-Tray ejection drive train.
Legs swing left/right.

Rear Motor, CD-IR positioner mechanism.
Legs move at angle to tilt.

Core: 74HC14
Driver: 74HCT245 times 3 ! (Tall!)
Controls: two centering pots, speed pot, on/off switch.
Frame & Legs: 3/32" Brass Rod.
Goes forward only.

Name: RugBug, something it can't do. It gets stuck in the nap of the carpet.
This bug isn't very strong, maybe because of the motor links instead of direct connections.
